All content on https://dkbadvocates.in (the "Website") is owned by DKB Advocates, a proprietary law practice of Adv. Darshit Bhanderi, or is used under licence. This includes:

  • the name "DKB Advocates", the DKB Advocates logo, and associated marks;
  • all graphics, icons, images and photographs;
  • the layout, structure, design, look and feel of the Website; and
  • the underlying code, insofar as rights in it vest in us.

This content is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and other applicable Indian and international law.

Third-party names, logos and marks appearing on the Website belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify those parties.
